How can I order Hauser furniture?

You can email Hauser Industries at sales@hauser.ca or you can call us toll free at 1-800-268-7328 and we will be happy to help you. 

 

Can I customize furniture with my logo or other designs?

One of the key benefits in ordering from Hauser is to offer our customers the ability to customize their furniture.  As a manufacturer, Hauser is able to modify existing product or custom manufacture to spec.  Let us know what you want, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

 

How do I care for my Hauser furniture?

Your Hauser seating has been designed and built to last.  In order to ensure the best performance, all Hauser product should be inspected on a regular basis for wear and tear, as well as any evidence of vandalism. Tables should have levelers adjusted to keep tables level at all times, especially after being moved to have floors cleaned. Chairs and Cluster Seating to be checked on a regular basis for weld soundness, bent legs and missing glides.  Hauser recommends that any compromised product be promptly removed from the floor for repair. Where is the majority of Hauser furniture manufactured?

Hauser Industries prides itself on maintaining a Canadian owned and operated manufacturing facility. The majority of Hauser products are designed, manufactured and shipped to customers worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Waterloo, Ontario. 

 

Am I able to supply my own fabric?

Hauser offers a wide range of standard fabrics and upholsteries. We also offer our customers the option of specifying COM (customers own material) fabrics for the majority of our furniture. Please consult with the Sales Representative in your area to confirm yardage and other requirements.

 

How do I check on product availability or material availability? 

You can check on the status of your order any  time by contacting us at sales@hauser.ca or by calling 1-800-268-7328. 

 

What are the minimum units I can order?

We do our best to accommodate the needs of our customers, either big or small.  In some cases, certain products do carry a minimum order quantity – please contact your Sales Representative or email us at sales@hauser.ca regarding a particular product inquiry. 

 

How long does the product take to ship?

Production time does vary by the type of product you order, but Hauser strives to ship the majority of orders within 6-8 weeks of the order being placed.  This may vary depending on the availability of certain raw materials. For your more pressing needs, please consider our Quick Ship program which generally ships within 2-3 weeks.
